How soon will my order be delivered?

You can expect most packages to arrive within 5 to 10 business days.
We process your order within 12 business hours after receiving full payment for the item or items concerned and the item leaves our dispatching center within 2 business days of processing. We will either email you or call you to share your unique tracking information within 24 to 48 hours after your items are shipped. Please make sure you provide us with a valid email address and check your spam or junk folder as communication from Wow Auto Experts may not pass your filters depending on your settings.

The reason why my orders might get delayed?

Your order may be delayed if we lack the information we need to process the order. In this case, we will send you an email within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Remember, we cannot send to Post Office Box or an APO. If your order is a freight item (such as seats, engines, transmissions, running boards, paddles or bumpers),
we need your company name, business address and a daytime running phone number.

Is there a handling fee for my order?

Yes. The handling fee includes the packaging materials required for the safe delivery of your purchase. We usually include this fee within the shipment charges.

Can I arrange the shipment by myself?

Sorry, you can’t. We use carefully selected commercial carriers to give you the best US coverage and care for your products.
This is why we do not allow customers to arrange their own shipping. Select and adjust the best shipping method to allow us to pack items
Freight pickups will certainly guarantee you the safest and most efficient shipping process at the best possible prices.

Will you ship freight items somewhere outside of Canada or the United States?

WOW Auto Experts only ship to 48 continental U.S. territories. We are currently unable to ship
Hawaii, Alaska, Mexico, Puerto Rico or anywhere else abroad.

Which shipping method does Wow Auto Experts use?

We ship more than 75% of our items through UPS Ground Service. We do not use the United States postal service, so we cannot ship to Post Office Box or APO address.
Sometimes we also use FedEx to send ground packages. Oversized or large-sized items (engine, motors, transmission, seat, wheel, bumper and tire) will be shipped with the LTL Freight carrier.

How will you ship my engine, bumper, seat or other heavy/oversized items?

For the above large items, we ship via {LTL) freight carrier.
Shipping cost for such items starts at around $100 and can go up to $ 1,000 for a complete engine assembly with transmission or transaxle.
In most cases, we place these items in 4×4 or 6×6 pallets or wrap them for cushioning your item while in transit.
All of these parts must be shipped to a commercial address with docking and forklift capabilities. In Cash, you are unable to arrange a location as such, we can also deliver the item directly to a freight terminal nearest to your ZIP code.
For an additional charge of $75, we can use it to deliver using a delivery truck having a lift gate in case a commercial loading dock is not available or you wanna ship the item directly to your home address.

Your product will only be Unloaded on the side of the roadside curb of your home or delivery address.
We can’t unload it on your driveway or garage. Please have an arrangement for your items to be relocated to a safer location from your curb.
Upon receiving your order, you should immediately inspect the box for any damage which might have been caused during shipping. Attention
Examine the packaging and its contents carefully. Some wear and tear in the carton are normal. Removal of shipping pallets, boxes, or
other packing materials is not included within Shipment charges. Shipping companies are not responsible for unloading items from trucks or delivering spare parts to your building.
Your items can be heavy, bulky, and large, so we recommend that you use a forklift or other assistance to unload and move items. Total shipping does not include inside delivery or removal of the cartons.

Why does the shipment cost so much for an airbag?

Airbags are classified as hazardous materials by the US Department of Transportation and therefore require special packaging and care for proper and safe transportation.
When shipped in the same location, a maximum of two airbags can be combined for shipment. If multiple airbags are ordered separately in the same location, we will not be able to combine the shipment
together in a single order. Airbag models are not included unless otherwise stated.

I live in and around New York. Why can’t I buy a used airbag from you?

Wow auto experts cannot send airbags to New York State residents because New York State law prohibits the installation of airbag
equipment previously used in a different vehicle. We cannot ship airbags outside the continental United States, including Alaska, Canada, Hawaii,

Why doesn’t the color of the part I ordered match the part I received?

We sell a wide variety of manufactured and used auto parts, aftermarket, refurbished and OEM auto parts in different colors and variations.
Differences in color may be due to factors such as environmental impact and degree of wear or lighting conditions of the pictures. Therefore, we
cannot guarantee your parts will fit and have a specific color match if a part number is not provided. We recommend that you go with a professional
auto parts painter to get the parts matched with the color of your car. We can’t accept Returned parts that are painted after purchase.

Free ground shipping applies to selected orders shipped to continental United States addresses other than Alaska and Hawaii. no shipments are available for the Post office
box or APO address. Free Shipping excludes free shipping for products like wheels, transmissions, axles and any product shipment done via freight.
