All active reserved and retired members of our armed forces
US National Guard, US Coast Guard, US Navy, US Army, US Air Force, US Marine Corps
Note: Only retired military personnel who have served for at least 10 years are eligible.
All Veterans receiving VA benefits
Immediate family members of the above-mentioned service personnel
(i.e spouses or dependent children up to the age of 18 years)
